Personal
Cindy lives in York Harbor with her husband and four boys, ages 8-15, all of whom attend York schools. Cindy (Binding) grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts, attended Arlington Catholic High School, and graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications / Public Relations from Boston University. Before moving to York in 1993, her career included real estate sales in the Winchester / Lexington area.

Cindy has a solid understanding of the local market conditions, inventory, pricing, and seasonal trends, as well as the qualities the towns on the seacoast have to offer. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in consulting homeowners as well as buyers. She has a reputation for excellence within her office, as well as among colleagues within the industry. As an investor, Cindy has experience with rental property, having both owned and operated an apartment building for over seven years. Along with her husband, she has built and general contracted two custom homes in York. She is recognized as an expert with town regulations, access to information, and the procedures associated with the home building process.
Training
Cindy holds an Associate Broker license and is a certified Relocation Specialist which involves educating buyers relocating to the area, as well as assisting home sellers with marketing their properties. Cindy also routinely continues her real estate education through state required continuing education classes and company sponsored seminars.
Community
Cindy has a strong sense of both family and community and volunteers with the York School System, York High School Athletic Boosters, York Soccer Club, York Little League and St. Christopher's Church. She is also a Boston Redsox fan, and local sports enthusiast. She enjoys playing women's softball, and soccer and cheering on Little League games, York High School games as well as UNH Athletics.
